ONYXIDE® 3300 is a registered biocide that is unlike the typical n-alkyl Dimethyl Benzyl Ammonium Chloride (ADBAC) due to its unique saccharinate counterion. It has very limited water solubility (<0.01%) but larger quantities can be solubilized in water with the addition of other surfactants, or any of several solvents (alcohols, glycols, or glycol ethers).
