MANGANESE GLUCONATE USP is a manganese salt of gluconic acid. Manganese gluconate is a direct ingredient in food substances as a nutrient supplement. In pharmaceutical preparations it is used as a supplement.

CALCIUM GLUCONATE POWDER is the gluconate salt of calcium. An element or mineral necessary for normal nerve, muscle, and cardiac function, calcium as the gluconate salt helps to maintain calcium balance and prevent bone loss when taken orally. This agent may also be chemo preventive for colon and other cancers. Calcium gluconate can be used together with calcium lactate to form a calcium-rich product and is perfect for reverse specification (dipped in sodium alginate bath) without adding any flavor at all to the end product. It is soluble in cold liquids and can be used with acidic, high alcohol, or fatty mediums.

CALCIUM CITRATE (TRI) main characteristics are high calcium content (21%), excellent bioavailability and neutral taste. Tricalcium citrate displays specific functionalities as a heat-stable pH regulator or firming agent in processed foods. Also used as anti-caking agent due to its non-hygroscopic characteristics. Able to offer direct compressible tricalcium citrate for calcium tablets.

MAGNESIUM CARBONATE HEAVY USP is also used in pharmaceutical Industries as a antacid and laxatives. Magnesium Carbonate food grade is used in confectionary and bubble gum as an ant sticking agent. Magnesium carbonate is widely used as a food additive to prevent caking and as a whitener in food processing applications. It’s is also used as a demolding agent in the manufacturing of biscuits, as a carbonate source in soft drinks, as well as a source of magnesium in dietary supplements.
