UNI-PURE® F is an extra-white, free-flowing corn/maize starch. It can be used in pharmaceutical products that meets requirements of USP-NF, Ph. Eur, and JP monographs.

CALCIUM GLUCONATE POWDER is the gluconate salt of calcium. An element or mineral necessary for normal nerve, muscle, and cardiac function, calcium as the gluconate salt helps to maintain calcium balance and prevent bone loss when taken orally. This agent may also be chemo preventive for colon and other cancers. Calcium gluconate can be used together with calcium lactate to form a calcium-rich product and is perfect for reverse specification (dipped in sodium alginate bath) without adding any flavor at all to the end product. It is soluble in cold liquids and can be used with acidic, high alcohol, or fatty mediums.

CALCIUM CITRATE (TRI) main characteristics are high calcium content (21%), excellent bioavailability and neutral taste. Tricalcium citrate displays specific functionalities as a heat-stable pH regulator or firming agent in processed foods. Also used as anti-caking agent due to its non-hygroscopic characteristics. Able to offer direct compressible tricalcium citrate for calcium tablets.

DIPOTASSIUM HYDROGEN PHOSPHATE is used in imitation dairy creamers, dry powder beverages, mineral supplements, and starter cultures as an additive. It is used in non-dairy creamers as a stabilizer to prevent coagulation. Dipotassium phosphate is also used to make buffer solutions and it is used in the production of trypticase soy agar which is used to make agar plates for culturing bacteria. It is also used for health benefits as a nutrient, source of potassium, supplement and as a protein stabilizer in weight training drinks and powder mixes. It contributes to normal muscle function, improves the body’s endurance and recovery of muscles. It does this by creating energy due to its role assisting the process of oxygen delivery throughout the body to the muscles. This is particularly effective for high intensity and particularly strenuous exercises such as heavy lifting and sprints.
