SYLOID® 244 FP meets the requirements of the monograph for silicon dioxide as stated in the latest USP/NF and Japanese Pharmaceutical Excipients(JPE) editions. The use of fumed silica as an excipient ingredient for pharmaceutical formulations, particularly in tablets and as a carrier for liquids is well known. However, compared with fumed silica, SYLOID® 244 FP silica is larger in particle size and has a higher density. This translates into a product that is much less dusty than fumed and is easier to handle and to incorporate into your formulation.

DRUGCOAT S 100 is a film-forming agent for gastric resistance coating of oral solid dosage forms. It is weakly acidic, and the film dissolves at a pH above 7.0. It is mainly used for colon-targeted drug delivery.

METOLOSE® SR 90SH-15000SR provides a genuine consistency in Sustained release (matrix tablets). It can be used for semi solid drug products. For Hydrophilic matrix formulation of API and METOLOSE® SR to extend the dissolution. The dosage forms can be obtained by direct compression or granulation process. METOLOSE® SR has specifications of particle size which can be suitable for sustained release application. Dissolution profile can be easily adjusted by selecting appropriate grade. Recommendable amount of METOLOSE® SR is more than 20% in the formulation in order to form the stable gel layer.
