KAHLRESIN 5720 MB Araucaria + Sunflower Oil is a natural blend of a glycerol ester of pinewood rosin (E445) and organic sunflower seed oil. It is an almost tasteless, transparent, high viscous liquid with a high refractive index (1.4979). KahlResin 5720 MB Araucaria + Sunflower Oil can be used to boost the gloss of hair styling and colour cosmetic products. As natural film, it improves also transfer resistance providing a long-lasting experience. This product is of certified RSPO Mass Balance quality.

KahlWax 6240 Vegetable is a very soft, buttery wax from non-GMO hydrogenated vegetable oil. It is semiocclusive on the skin and acts as a lubricous re-fatting emollient. KahlWax 6240 Vegetable can be used in stick preparations to re-balance hardness of other waxes and liquid oils and counteracts a blooming effect. It improves texture of emulsions and has a very soft and silky skin feel.

KahlWax 6607WOA Sunflower is a light-colored sunflower seed wax, which is a side product of the production of the edible oil obtained by milling unhulled seeds. It contains mainly esters of C16-C24 fatty acids and C26-C32 alcohols. KahlWax 6607WOA Sunflower has a well-balanced softness-hardness and an outstanding oil binding capacity. Used in stick preparations it leads to very stable formulation with long-lasting shine while having a very elegant skin feel. It considerably improves viscosity of oleogels, pigmented pastes, and W/O emulsions. Used in O/W emulsions it stabilizes the oil phase and improves consistency and lubricity.

KahlWax 6279L Myrica is derived from berry fruit peels of the Myrica Pubescens tree native in Latin America. The wax is very unique as it has no double bounds and is rather a naturally “hydrogenated” oil but solid. Due to its chemical structure it is very stable against oxidation. Very untypical is the low melting point combined with an exceptional hardness which results in excellent spreadability. KahlWax 6279L Myrica reduces stickiness of O/W emulsions and oleogels, stabilizes stick preparations, and has excellent properties for hair styling products. In combination with fatty alcohols it can also be used in hair conditioners.
