DOWSIL 20 RELEASE COATING is a silicone release emulsion designed to simplify the production of molded plastic parts. Use DOWSIL 20 RELEASE COATING as a parting agent for epoxies, melamine, methacrylate, phenolics, polyesters, and polyurethanes. It’s also ideal for releasing silicone glass laminates and tubes and parts made from silicone moulding compounds, as well as wood forming operations, metal making, and rubber extrusion. DOWSIL 20 RELEASE COATING is easy to use and does not discolor moulded parts. In most cases, a single application provides release through numerous moulding cycles. DOWSIL 20 RELEASE COATING provides heat stable, non-carbonizing, non-oily parting film with minimum build-up on moulds and dies.

XIAMETER ACP-3183 Antifoam Compound is an all-in-one solution for foam control in aqueous and nonaqueous systems. This 100 percent active compound can be used in concentrations as low as one part per million. It is dispersible in water and organic solvents, making it easy to use without the need for additional agents. Applications include solvent washes, soluble cutting oils, semi-synthetic fluids, glycol processing, and industrial chemicals.

XIAMETER ACP-1400 Antifoam Compound is an anionic polymeric foam preventative in aqueous and nonaqueous industrial processes. This product is specifically designed for use in resin manufacturing, cutting oils, detergents, oil refining, and solvent processing. It is especially effective at preventing foaming in extreme pH environments. When used properly, this product is particularly economical and easy to use.
