TEGOSOFT® PC 41 is a hydrophilic emollient with excellent solubilizing properties. It is a PEG-free surfactant that is a non-irritant on skin. TEGOSOFT® PC 41 is based on polyglycerol and is nitrogen-free and therefore does not contribute to nitrosamine formation. TEGOSOFT® PC 41 is used as PEG-free re-fatting agents especially in body washes, liquid soaps and bath oils. It is used as emulsifier for self emulsifying oil formulations, such as oil bath concentrates, which will than spontaneously emulsify.

Polyglyceryl-3 Caprate

TEGOSOFT® PC 31 is a PEG-free refatting agent for hair and skin cleansing products with excellent thickening properties. It is nitrogen-free and based on polyglycerol. TEGOSOFT® PC 31 is a surfactant with skin smoothening properties. When used in shampoos or shower gels TEGOSOFT® PC 31 will increase viscosity. The efficacy profile is similar to that of coco fatty acid ethanol amides but without their disadvantages. TEGOSOFT® PC 31 is used as a PEG-free re-fatting agent especially in body washes, liquid soaps and bath oils.
