Carfosel™ B-940 is a phosphate speciality designed for the production of seafoods and meat. Its unique composition ensures an easy and complete dissolution in the brine, a very good brine stability and an excellent colour development in the meat.
KASOMELTM A 3172 for block processed cheese is used when a very clear cheese flow is required. As a result, it is recommended for use in block cheese base on Emmental of Dutch raw cheeses. It has an excellent ion exchange capacity and no creaming reaction.
