NATUZYM Wine Klar is a liquid pectinase produced from a selected strain of Aspergillus niger. NATUZYM Wine Klar has been specially developed for fast pectin breakdown and viscosity decrease of musts. The product contains different pectinases such as pectin lyase, pectin methyl esterase and polygalacturonase, and can be applied during skin contact in red wines or static clarification of white and rosé musts or in red wines after thermovinification.

NATUZYM A CONCENTRATE is a glucoamylase obtained from a selected strain of Aspergillus niger, hydrolysing alpha-1,4-linked alpha-D-glucose residues and, more slowly, alpha-1,6-glucose links in amylose and amylopectin. NATUZYM A CONCENTRATE also contains an acid amylase able to work in synergy with glucoamylase, resulting in a faster starch hydrolysis, improved filtration, clarification and concentration of apple or pear juice.

NATUZYM FLOW UF is a concentrated enzymatic complex from selected strains of various micro-organisms. NATUZYM FLOW UF contains a very broad range of enzyme activities such as pectin lyase, hemicellulase, rhamno-galacturonase and endo-glucanase. These enzymatic activities postpone the decrease of flux rate along the filtration cycle. The fruit juice is depectinised and cell wall colloids are broken down as well. The treated juices are easy to ultra-filter and more stable during storage.
