PROMITOR® SGF 70 (Soluble Gluco Fibre) is a versatile soluble fibre that imparts no color or off-flavour in a wide variety of food and beverage applications. PROMITOR® Soluble Gluco Fibre is highly stable making it ideal for use in low pH systems and high-temperature processes such as beverages and fruit fillings where its stability ensures the fibre content remains constant over the shelf life of the product. PROMITOR® Soluble Gluco Fibre can be used to replace sugar, decrease caloric content, and add fibre in applications where a low-viscosity glucose syrup is currently used.
