Luna-vin 901 is a bisphenol-A vinyl ester resin with a maximum of 35% styrene by weight. It provides ideal physical properties for manufacturing composites such as boats, shower pans and pools. The versatility of Luna-vin 901 allows it to be used in spray-up and hand-lay-up applications, as well as pultrusion, resin transfer molding (RTM) and filament winding. It provides outstanding tensile and flexural strength when incorporated with reinforcing agents such glass fiber or carbon fiber. Luna-vin 901 is provided as a pre-catalysed system, with a viscosity and gel time bespoke to the needs of each individual customer.

Luna-clear DS is the dihydrate of the disodium salt of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA). Luna-clear DS is a well established chelating agent for controlling divalent metals across a wide range of pH environments. It works by reducing the precipitation of salts and resultant scale buildup. Luna-clear DS dissolves easily in water, and can be used in a variety of applications including agriculture, construction, cleaning and textile processing.

Luna-mer 2148 is a wax-free matting hardener, designed for use in durable exterior TGIC powder coatings. Luna-mer 2148 is capable of providing gloss ranges from 10-30% @ 60°. Due to its carboxyl group functionality, this hardener requires excess TGIC as a co-reactant in order to achieve controllable gloss stability at varying baking temperatures. Luna-mer 2148 also provides excellent performance characteristics including impacts and surface flow.

Luna-add 1096 is a Teflon-free texture additive for powder coatings, capable of complying with REACH EU regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 and similar regulations. Luna-add 1096 provides a rough structure effect (similar to a sand texture effect) in powder coatings. It enables excellent anti-scratch performance, and can be used with epoxy, polyester or hybrid resin systems.
