ESACOTE® PU 51D can be used in the coating formulation, providing excellent chemical resistance, especially in water. ESACOTE® PU 51D can be used as a sole binder or in combination with other water-based resins. A preliminary check of compatibility is recommended. No co-solvent is needed for film formation. Water-dispersible polyisocyanates, polyaziridines or carbodiimide crosslinkers can enhance the overall properties.

ESACOTE® LP 11 can be used, either in formulation or alone, as surface treatment for the enhancement of water hold out. The product can be diluted before use. We suggest applying from 4 g/m2 to 8 g/m2 dry content, depending on the barrier level. We suggest to dry the coated paper using infra red or hot air paying attention to not exceed 80°C at the reeling station. Before using it in a soaking solution, we suggest checking the stability of the working condition.

INDALCA XD15 is Guar derivate. INDALCA XD15 is suitable for carpet printing, space-dyeing and continuous dying. INDALCA XD15 is particularly suggested for Vigourex printing.

ESACOTE® UA 8004 is a low VOC self-crosslinking waterborne dispersion of an acrylic-polyurethane. ESACOTE® UA 8004 can be used as a binder for wood flooring suitable both for one and two components systems, where a high scratch and chemical resistance are desired.
