GALIMAX FLAVOUR VK-50

GALIMAX FLAVOR VK-50 is a natural flavor in liquid form obtained by the fermentation of sugar. GALIMAX FLAVOR VK-50 is used in many food applications as the natural sugar fermentation gives the traditional flavors of homemade or small batch products. Food spoilage is caused by the growth of microorganisms such as bacteria, yeasts and moulds. It changes the sensory profile of the finished product and can even lead to dangerous microbial growth. The main preservatives used to inhibit such growth are benzoates and sorbates (sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate),which attract e-numbers. Galimax Flavor VK-50, cleanly labelled as Natural Flavour, can effectively replace these preservatives. GALIMAX FLAVOR V-50

GALIMAX FLAVOR V-50 is a natural white distilled vinegar. It has a mild taste, does not impact flavor profile and has strong antimicrobial properties. GALIMAX FLAVOR V-50 is used in food applications, particularly suited for low sodium recipes, as natural and label-friendly preservative.
