COSPHADERA E 100 E IP is a hydrolysed and de-oiled lysolecithin in powdered shape. The naturally occurring ratio between the different phospholipids and glycosides typically found in soy are kept. COSPHADERM E 100 E IP increase emulsifying and dispersion properties in aqueous media compared to common lecithins. This leads to higher water binding capacity and a better skin feeling.
