AHA 1096 is a Teflon free texture additive for powder coating. This product could provide rough structure effect in powder coatings , especially sand like texture. AHA 1096 is mainly used in:

- Epoxy

- Polyester TGIC

- Polyester Primid

- Hybrid s

AHA6319 is an amine-blocked sulfonic acid salt based catalyst absorbed on silica used in exterior durable powder coating with wrinkle finishes. When combined with the special aminoplast crosslinkers, such as AHA 1209 or Powderlink 1174, the resulting powder coatings based on hydroxyl polyester resins will show the attractive wrinkle finishes.

AHA4101 is recommended as slip/degassing agent or melt viscosity modifier used in powder coatings including polyesters-TGIC, polyurethanes, hybrids, epoxies and acrylics, especially for polyester-HAA to eliminate pinholes and yellowing as well as improve film quality/appearance and gloss at thicker film builds. The combination of wax and benzoin in just one product is benefiting to improves air release, surface slip, powder process and scratch resistance.

AHA2006 is a modified polyethylene wax based matting agent specially designed for outdoor durable TGIC powder coating to provide ranges from 30-40% of gloss and smooth matte finishes. It can also be used in other all powder coatings endowing with appropriate semi-gloss. For Primid system, ca.60% of gloss can be achieved but having a tendency to severe yellowing therefore not recommended.
