ECODIS™ 345 has been especially designed to quickly and efficiently disperse the pigments and fillers commonly utilized in waterborne traffic paints. ECODIS™ 345 ensures excellent heat age and viscosity stability.

Light stabilizer 292 is a low molecular weight hindered amine light stabilizer, which is soluble in most common organic solvent and compatible with many polymers. It has synergistic effect with ultraviolet absorbers.

Epotec YDH 184 is diglycidyl ester of hexahydrophthalic anhydride. Due to the cyclic ring of hexahydrophthalic anhydride this resin is expected to give good resistance to ultraviolet light and weathering which is a limitation when it comes to standard bisphenol-A based epoxy resins. This also opens doors for cycloaliphatic epoxy resin epotec YDH 184 for use in outdoor coating applications where it is expected to give better non-yellowing characteristics and chalking resistance. The choice of curing agent also plays an important role in getting better performing formulations.

Epotec TH 7515-X-70 is a high viscosity reactive polyamide supplied at 70% solids in Xylene. It is commonly used as a curing agent for solution grade epoxy resins such as Epotec YD 011-X-75 to produce room temperature curable solventbased coatings. Epotec TH 7515-X-70 is especially used in solvent based anticorrosion coatings and shows compatibility with wide range of solvents normally used in epoxy based coatings. The reactivity of the mix can be adjusted by blending with accelerator such as tertiary amine. The coatings based on Epotec TH 7515-X-70 show good toughness and adhesion properties. Because of these properties it finds use in various applications.
