KAHLWAX 6607H HYDROLYZED SUNFLOWER is obtained by hydrolysis of pure sunflower seed wax. As it is more hydrophilic and polar than regular sunflower wax, it is more suitable for emulsions. It generates a superb velvety skin feel and provides very high viscosity.

KahlWax 6290 Berry is a pale wax derived from berry fruit peels of the Rhus Verniciflua tree that consists of a high amount of glycerol ester of C16-18 fatty acid. Because a significant part of it melts at temperatures < 30 °C, it feels very silky and soft, comparable to a classic emollient. In addition, KahlWax 6290 Berry produces very soft textures and improves the sensory characteristics of O/W emulsions. It is an excellent additive for oleogels, suitable for lip gloss formulations and mascaras, and works as an outstanding pay-off enhancer in lipsticks. Although it is soft, KahlWax 6290 Berry improves break resistance in pencil preparations.

KAHLWAX 8104 WHITE BEESWAX A pure, fine white beeswax obtained from honeycombs of Apis Mellifera in cosmetic quality, which is carefully physically bleached and refined. Beeswax is the best-known and by volume the bestselling natural wax worldwide. Even though it has a quite heavy skin feel, it is still popular in many cosmetic preparations.

KAHLWAX 2039L CANDELILLA This double-filtered, high-quality wax is obtained from the wild-growing shrub of the Euphorbia Antisyphilitica family, native to Mexico. Candelilla wax is very adhesive, has a good oil binding capacity, creates very hard oleogels, and is easy to work with. It it is more brittle than beeswax and less hard than carnauba wax.
