MALTED CHOCOLATE CRUNCH SB brings an exciting ‘crunch’ texture to the palate by blending ingredients including malt, milk and cocoa which, after vacuum band drying is ground into coarse chunks providing a truly unique texture. These large particles provide a crisp crunchy texture with the sweet taste of chocolate and malt.
SPRAYMALT SUPER DARK is a spray-dried malt extract produced by a production process that involves hot water extraction of predominantly roasted malted barley, followed by filtration, vacuum evaporation, and spray drying. It is a dark brown powder with characteristically strong savory, smoky roasted flavors.
TOASTED BARLEY FLAKES are lightly toasted and pre-gelatinized. They can be used in a wide variety of brewing applications. The light toasting of our flakes brings an interesting complexity to the flavour and aroma of beers, whilst also adding depth, although they are predominantly used because of the benefits they bring to mouthfeel and body. Our malted flakes will impart an amber to copper colour hue if used in high amounts.
