Valio Eila™ PRO lactose free whole milk powder instant is produced by spray drying pasteurised cow's milk of Finnish origin, from which lactose is partially removed by filtration and the remaining lactose is enzymatically hydrolysed to glucose and galactose. The product can be used just like instant whole milk powder, provided that the (higher protein content and) caramelising tendency are taken into account. The powder can dissolve quickly and enriched with vitamin D.

Valio Eila® SWEET WMP is suitable to ready meals providing good taste in applications like sauces, soups, porridges, casseroles. It is also excellent in ice cream, milk chocolate and in various sweet, milk based desserts to provide delicious, enhanced taste alongside lactose free properties. Valio Eila™ PRO lactose free skimmed milk powder (SMP) is produced by spray drying pasteurised, vitamin D enriched skimmed cow's milk of Finnish origin, from which lactose is partially removed by filtration and the remaining lactose is enzymatically hydrolysed to glucose and galactose. The product can be used just like instant skimmed milk powder, provided that the higher protein content and caramelising tendency are taken into account. The powder can dissolve quickly and enriched with vitamin D.
