ZETASPERSE® 175 is a non-ionic wetting and dispersing additive with focus on pigment wetting. It shows outstanding color strength development when used as a co-dispersant to an anionic polymer. It improves color acceptance when used in the direct grind of a base paint. Its key benefist are it serves as co-dispersant to improve pigment wetting, color acceptance and is effective at low dosages.

SPHERILEX® DP-0111 is a precipitated amorphous (crystalline free) silica with unique spherical particle shape and very narrow particle size distribution. Some of its key properties are excellent mar and burnish resistance, it has very good washability and scrub resistance and high surface smoothness. It has low viscosity at high loading levels, has very low binder and solvent/water demand in the grind process.

SPHERILEX® DP-0112 is a precipitated amorphous (crystalline-free) silica with uniquely spherical particle shape and very narrow particle size distribution. SPHERILEX® DP-0112 has larger particle size, which is beneficial for properties like burnish and scrub resistance and may produce some degree of matting effect in certain systems, such as thin film applications and waterborne clear finishes. Its key beneifts are its excellent mar and burnish resistance, excellent washability and scrub resistance, low viscosity at high loading levels, very low binder and water/solvent demand in the grind process.

SPHERILEX® DP-0110 is a precipitated amorphous (crystalline-free) silica with unique spherical particle shape and very narrow particle size distribution. Due to its small particle size, it is ideal for thin film applications or systems where smaller particle sized pigments are preferred to promote surface smoothness and higher 85 degree gloss. In particular, SPHERILEX® DP-0110 is ideal for achieving burnish- and scrub-resistant satin and eggshell finishes, and, when used in combination with silica matting agents, can enable deep matte, natural-looking wood coatings that have improved scratch, burnish, and mar resistance. It can also significantly improve the hardness of coil coatings.
