AHA 6319

AHA6319 is an amine-blocked sulfonic acid salt based catalyst absorbed on silica used in exterior durable powder coating with wrinkle finishes. When combined with the special aminoplast crosslinkers, such as AHA 1209 or Powderlink 1174, the resulting powder coatings based on hydroxyl polyester resins will show the attractive wrinkle finishes.

AHA2148 is a wax-free matting hardener suitable in exterior durable TGIC powder coatings capable providing gloss ranges from 10-30% @ 60°. Due to carboxyl group-containing, this hardener is requested to use excess TGIC as co-reactant to achieve controllable gloss and excellent gloss stability in varying temperature baking conditions.
