DIISOSTEARYL MALATE
Saboderm DISM is a high polar diester from malic acid and isostearyl alcohol. It is a rich emollient that functions as an excellent wetting agent and binder for powders and pigments. Saboderm DISM is a film former emollient used mostly in make up or other formulations involving suspension. Properties: Imparts gloss, sheen and lubricity without oiliness; Great pigments dispersion; Binder in pressed powder; Rich emollient in creams with low slip and cushion effect that persist after rubout; Substitute for castor Oil. Superior in oxidative stability and physical properties such as compatibility, water resistance, pigment dispersing ability, gloss and luster, Helps control hardness of waxes and sweating in solid cosmetics
