VYLON 600 is a high molecular weight copolyester with medium Tg. VYLON 600 has excellent adhesion strength on metal, PET and PVC. Particularly recommended on coil coating and TTR. VYLON 600 is compliant with FDA 175.105 (only for non alcoholic food and beverage) and EC 10/2011.

SETATHANE D E 2761 is applied in combination with Desmodur® VL as a binder for thermal-shock resistant cementitious 3K- PUR- screed. SETATHANE D E 2761 is suitable for the formulation of cementitious 3K- PURscreed for food and beverage industries. Mortars formulated with SETATHANE D E 2761 / Desmodur VL generally exhibit very good thermalshock resistance and resistance to organic and inorganic acids, alkalis and solvents. Over-crosslinking of 400 % and more is usual. To ensure blister-free curing, SETATHANE D E 2761 requires the addition of hydrated lime and cement as a CO2 scavenger.

The Spartacryl PM® Series colorants have been designed for broad use in industrial coatings. These products have been formulated to provide an universal colorant system to the coatings formulator for tinting and full pigmentation of most solvent-based industrial coatings. Because of the wide compatibility of the dispersing resin, the Spartacryl PM® Series colorants can be used as the only solvent-based colorant line needed to tint a wide range of solvent-based coatings. The color palette is suitable for matching most industrial colors. The cross-compatibility with other colorants in the line will allow for blending of the masstone colors to create color pack that can be used on the job site. Properties The dispersing resin in the Spartacryl PM® Series is a nonfunctional acrylic polymer with a tightly controlled, low molecular weight. The molecular weight of the vehicle helps to ensure full development of pigment strength through its exceptional wetting properties while providing a rheological profile suited for in-plant tinting. PM acetate is used as the solvent because it is not toxic and does not react with cross-linking resins such as isocyanates. Only prime pigments are included in this line’s formulations; no extenders are present. Applications The Spartacryl PM® Series is formulated for use in most solvent-based industrial coatings including, but not limited to, concrete protection, general industrial, industrial maintenance, marine, plastic, and wood coatings. These colorants also perform well in decorative and special effect paints for sporting equipment.
