PLASCIZE L-9540U is a clear yellowish viscous alcoholic solution. PLASCIZE L-9540U is neutralized the carboxyl groups with 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol(AMP). The film of PLASCIZE L-9540U is less hygroscopic and always keeps hair in non-tacky state even under high humidity and high temperature. Its other performances are nearly same as PLASCIZE L-53P. The film of PLASCIZE L-9540U can be easily removed by ordinary soap and shampoo with warm water.
