HYDRODIS® RB 4385 is a polynaphthalene sulphonates salts are stabilizers for latex (from natural or synthetic rubber) and act as dispersants of pigments and fillers used in the curing processes. They permit the addition of electrolytes during polymerization process (essential to control the viscosity) without subsequent instability during the reaction.
POLYSTEP B-23E is an ethoxylated lauryl ether sulphate containing 12 moles of ethylene oxide. It is a suitable APE alternative, offering the advantage of both anionic and non-ionic surfactant properties in emulsion polymerization. Solid: 30%.
POLYSTEP® B-11 is used in latex manufacture; it aids in the control of latex particle size. It is useful in most polymer systems, especially with vinyl chloride and styrene-butadiene emulsions. Active content: 59%.
POLYSTEP B-19 is a suitable APE alternative, offering the advantage of both anionic and nonionic surfactant properties in emulsion polymerization. These properties include good freeze-thaw and mechanical stability. In addition, ether sulfates aid in the control of particle size and offer good polymerization rates. Solid: 33%.
