Luna-nol C-16-H is an efficient, low-odour coalescent for all types of latex paints, particularly interior paints. It helps to enhance performance properties of the of the coating including low temperature coalescence, touch-up, and scrub resistance. Luna-nol C-16-H also finds application as a low viscosity, phthalate-free plasticiser for PVC products.

Luna PTSI is used in the formulation of polyurethane products as a reactive additive with low viscosity. Luna PTSI prevents moisture related problems by reacting with trace moisture. Excess water reacts with Luna PTSI towards the corresponding carbamic acid, which undergoes immediate decomposition to form carbon dioxide and the relatively inert p- toluenesulfonamide, which is commonly used as a plasticizer. Luna-nox 1076-J is a hindered phenol antioxidant, widely used in polymers including polypropylene, polyethylene, polystyrene, polyamide, ABS, and synthetic rubbers. It is also an effective antioxidant in oils and paints.

Luna-nox 1076-J is odourless, tasteless, low toxicity (LD50≥10000mg/kg) and light-stable, and is recommended for use at 0.1 – 0.3% dosage rate.
