DOWSIL™ 87 ADDITIVE is a silane based additive made from 40% actives silane based emulsion. 

DOWSIL™ 87 ADDITIVE is compatible with acrylic resins & solvent and APEO free. 

DOWSIL™ 87 ADDITIVE is commonly used in waterborne acrylic formulations to improve water repellency and hydrophobing waterborne decorative coating, also being used in metal protective coatings (Acrylic, styrene acrylic, vinyl acrylics) with minimal effect on water vapor permeability and high dirt pickup resistance.

DOWSIL™ HV495 EMULSION is an aqueous silicon emulsion, appear in a milky white liquid. DOWSIL™ HV495 EMULSION displays the benefits of providing an excellent thermal stability, easy application, good slip characteristics, imparts greasy hand feel to leather surface, good abrasion resistance, excellent dilution stability, high gloss/color intensity & good surface wetting characteristics. DOWSIL™ HV495 EMULSION is commonly used in the hand modifier in water-based top finishing formulations for leather treatment, also provides abrasion resistance and gloss.

DOWSIL™ GP SHP 60 PLUS is a free-flowing powder designed to improve hydrophobic performance for cementitious dry-mix powder applications. DOWSIL™ GP SHP 60 PLUS display the features and benfits of aasy to disperse in water, easy to mix in powered composition, prevents efflorescence aesthetical problems by reducing the transport of water-soluble salts and makes cement-based materials more hydrophobic. DOWSIL™ GP SHP 60 PLUS is mostly commonly used in cement-based compositions and used to reduce the capillary movement of liquid water in grouts, joint fillers, mortar, EIFS, stucco, and facade-render.

DOWSIL™  IE-6682 is an impregnation sealer for masonry and cementitious surfaces, that appear in a milky white colour oil in water silane emulsion. DOWSIL™  IE-6682 is suitable for imparting water repellency to porous construction materials such as fiber reinforced cement boards, bricks, concrete blocks, mortar and grout substrates which can be subsequently painted or rendered.
