PLASCIZE L-9540U is an acrylic resin developed by GOO Chemical and designed especially for hair setting resin. PLASCIZE L-9540U is a higher quality(odor and color) polymer than PLASCIZE L-53P. PLASCIZE L-9540U is a clear yellowish viscous alcoholic solution. PLASCIZE L-9540U is neutralized the carboxyl groups with 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol(AMP). The film of PLASCIZE L-9540U is less hygroscopic and always keeps hair in non-tacky state even under high humidity and high temperature. Its other performances are nearly same as PLASCIZE L-53P. The film of PLASCIZE L-9540U can be easily removed by ordinary soap and shampoo with warm water.

They are good for colour formulations, stable in the time and does not alter the original material mechanical properties (shore, bending module, traction, etc.).
