Luna PTSI

Luna PTSI is used in the formulation of polyurethane products as a reactive additive with low viscosity. Luna PTSI prevents moisture related problems by reacting with trace moisture. Excess water reacts with Luna PTSI towards the corresponding carbamic acid, which undergoes immediate decomposition to form carbon dioxide and the relatively inert p- toluenesulfonamide, which is commonly used as a plasticizer. TR-1173

TR-1173 is a high-efficiency liquid free radical photoinitiator, which has the following characteristics: high initiation activity, good curing effect, excellent anti-yellowing performance, and good anti-yellowing effect. Used to initiate the polymerization of unsaturated resins and monomers. TR-1173 can be used for acrylate-based UV-curable clear coatings on paper, metal and plastic surfaces, and is recommended for UV-curable coatings that require long-term sun exposure and require little yellowing.
