It is a resin based on vinyl chloride and vinyl isobutyl ether copolymer. Luna-flex MP25-H is resistant to hydrolysis, corrosion, and is compatible with a wide range of resins, and can therefore be used to formulate for anti-corrosion coatings, concrete coatings, road marking paints, flame-retardant coatings and marine and container paints.

Luna-mer 2158 is an effective matting agent for exterior-durable, TGIC powder coatings. It provides low gloss levels, whilst improving flow and performance characteristics. The stability of the gloss level is maintained across varying baking temperatures and conditions.Luna-mer 2158 is used with carboxyl functional polyester resins cured with TGIC.
