Ingredients that foster sustainable development by aiding in climate change mitigation or adaptation, promoting water conservation, supporting a circular economy, preventing pollution, safeguarding biodiversity, or advancing a more ethical and socially just economy.
Recombinant Human FGF-9

Fibroblast growth factor 9 (FGF-9) belongs to the fibroblast growth factor (FGF) family. Members of the FGF family have a broad range of mitogenic and cell survival activities and are involved in various biological processes, including embryonic development, cell growth, morphogenesis, tissue repair, tumor growth, and invasion. FGF-9 plays a crucial role in regulating embryonic development, cell proliferation, cell differentiation, and cell migration. Additionally, FGF-9 may be involved in the growth and differentiation of glial cells during development, glial proliferation during brain tissue repair and regeneration after injury, differentiation and survival of neuronal cells, and stimulation of the growth of gliomas. Recombinant Human FGF-9 is expressed by E.coli, and is produced with raw materials of pharmaceutical applicable level. The host protein residue, nucleic acid residue and common pathogens are strictly controlled, and the production and quality management procedures of the product comply with GMP regulations to ensure the traceability of the production process and all raw materials.

Recombinant Human Activin A

Activin A (Act A) belongs to TGF- β Members of the family are dimeric proteins linked by disulfide bonds, originally extracted from the gonads and capable of stimulating the release of pituitary follicle stimulating hormone (FSH). Activin A has a wide range of biological activities and is involved in regulating many different functions, including hypothalamic and pituitary hormone secretion, gonadal hormone secretion, Germ cell development and maturation, red blood cell differentiation, insulin secretion, nerve cell survival, embryonic axial development or bone growth. Recombinant Human Activin A is expressed by mammalian cells, and is produced with raw materials of pharmaceutical applicable level. The host protein residue, nucleic acid residue and common pathogens are strictly controlled, and the production and quality management procedures of the product comply with GMP regulations to ensure the traceability of the production process and all raw materials.

Recombinant Human GPC3

Glypicans (GPC) are a family of heparan sulfate proteoglycans that are attached to the cell surface by a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI) anchor. GPC3 is closely related to the occurrence and progression of hepatic cancer, melanoma, and ovarian clear cell carcinoma. GPC3 expression is featured by high specificity. GPC3 is highly expressed in hepatic cancer and lowly expressed in melanoma, ovarian clear cell carcinoma, yolk sac tumor, neuroblastoma, hepatoblastoma, and Wilm tumor, but not expressed in breast cancer, mesothelioma, ovarian epithelial cancer, or lung cancer. GPC3 is hardly expressed in normal human tissues, so it is expected to become one of the ideal targets for liver cancer immunotherapy. Recombinant Human GPC3 is expressed by mammalian cells, and is produced with raw materials of pharmaceutical applicable level. The host protein residue, nucleic acid residue and common pathogens are strictly controlled, and the production and quality management procedures of the product comply with GMP regulations to ensure the traceability of the production process and all raw materials.
