NUBIX V-8 is a ultramarine violet, pigment classified as C.I. Pigment Violet 15. Its composition includes violet sodium polysulfide aluminosilicate of the sodalite type.

The colorants are dispersed in a unique, proprietary acrylic resin vehicle that provides excellent wetting and dispersing properties superior to other acrylic resins available. The solvents used are a variable blend of proprietary esters and Propylene Glycol Monomethyl Ether (PM) Acetate.

CHROMA-CHEM® 824 colorants are designed specifically for use in non-aqueous industrial and architectural coatings, including alkyds, wood stains and NC lacquers. The unique, long-oil alkyd vehicle provides excellent wetting properties. Each colorant contains a carefully selected blend of vehicle, solvent, pigment and additives to provide acceptance in a wide range of solvent based applications. The pigments selected for these colorants provide a wide-range of hues, good durability, lightfastness and chemical resistance.

The CHROMA-CHEM® 866 colorants are designed specifically for use in non-aqueous industrial coatings. Primary function for these colorants is in various wood coatings for OEM or Special Purpose applications. The CHROMA-CHEM® 866 colorants are based on a unique, medium oil alkyd vehicle that provides excellent wetting properties. Each colorant contains a carefully selected blend of vehicle, solvent, pigment and surfactants to provide acceptance in a wide range of solvent-based applications.
