Recombinant Human LR3 IGF-1

Insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) belongs to the family of insulin-like growth factors that are structurally homologous to proinsulin. Mature IGFs are generated by proteolytic processing of inactive precursor proteins, which contains the N- and C-terminal propeptide regions. Mature human IGF-1 consisting of 70 amino acids has 94% identity with mouse IGF-1 and exhibits cross-species activity. IGF-1 binds IGF-IR, IGF-IIR, and the insulin receptor and plays a key role in cell cycle progression, cell proliferation and tumor progression. IGF-1 expression is regulated by growth hormone. R3 IGF-1 is an 83 amino acid analog of IGF-1 comprising the complete human IGF-1 sequence with the substitution of an Arg (R) for the Glu(E) at position three, hence R3, and a 13 amino acid extension peptide at the N terminus. R3 IGF-1 has been produced with the purpose of increasing biological activity. R3 IGF-1 is significantly more potent than human IGF-1 in vitro. Recombinant Human LR3 Insulin-Like Growth Factor-1 is produced by E.coli expression system, and is produced with raw materials of pharmaceutical applicable level. The host protein residue, nucleic acid residue and common pathogens are strictly controlled, and the production and quality management procedures of the product comply with GMP regulations to ensure the traceability of the production process and all raw materials.

Recombinant Human Laminin521 E8 Protein

Laminins are large molecular weight glycoproteins constituted by the assembly of three disulfide-linked polypeptides, the α, β and γ chains. Laminin regulates various cellular signaling pathways by binding to cell surface receptors, resulting in the production of more functional cells. Laminin can bind to integrins, polysaccharides, and other substances on the surface of cells. Among them, integrin α6β1 is the main cell adhesion receptor of Laminin and is highly expressed in embryonic stem cells (ESCs) and induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs). Therefore, Laminin, as the main component of the basement membrane, can be used as a clear substrate for culturing ESCs and iPSCs without feeder layers. Recombinant Human Laminin521 E8 is expressed by mammalian cells, and is produced with raw materials of pharmaceutical applicable level. The host protein residue, nucleic acid residue and common pathogens are strictly controlled, and the production and quality management procedures of the product comply with GMP regulations to ensure the traceability of the production process and all raw materials.

Recombinant Human VEGF165

VEGF (or VEGF-A) is a disulfide-linked dimeric growth factor, a member of the PDGF family, with an amino acid sequence containing eight cysteine residues that form a conserved disulfide linkage. VEGF is required during embryogenesis to regulate endothelial cell proliferation, migration and survival. In adults, VEGF acts mainly in wound healing and in the female reproductive cycle. Pathologically, it is involved in tumour angiogenesis and vascular leakage. VEGF is produced by cells such as endothelial cells, macrophages and T cells. At least five isoforms with different amino acid lengths, such as VEGF121, VEGF145, VEGF165, VEGF185, and VEGF206, are present in the human body due to different shearing of mRNA. Among them, VEGF165 is the most abundant and potent isoform with potent pro-angiogenic effects, stimulating endothelial cell proliferation and survival, promoting angiogenesis and increasing vascular permeability. Recombinant human VEGF165 protein is expressed by E.coli, and is produced with raw materials of pharmaceutical applicable level. The host protein residue, nucleic acid residue and common pathogens are strictly controlled, and the production and quality management procedures of the product comply with GMP regulations to ensure the traceability of the production process and all raw materials.

Recombinant Human sCD40 Ligand

CD40L, also known as CD154, is a plasma membrane glycoprotein and differentiation antigen expressed on the surface of T cells. It stimulates the proliferation of B cells to secrete various immunoglobulins in the presence of cytokines. CD40L can induce the cytokines secretion of peripheral blood mononuclear cells, so produce anti-tumor activity. It also has a co-stimulatory effect on the proliferation of activated T cells, accompanied by the production of IFN-gamma, TNF-alpha, and IL-2. Recombinant Human sCD40L is expressed by mammalian cells, and is produced with raw materials of pharmaceutical applicable level. The host protein residue, nucleic acid residue and common pathogens are strictly controlled, and the production and quality management procedures of the product comply with GMP regulations to ensure the traceability of the production process and all raw materials.
