PlantPro 167L is a fungal α-amylase hydrolysing the α-1,4-glucosidic linkages of starch. PlantPro 167L is used for starchy substrate liquefaction at relatively high temperatures, producing soluble dextrins and maltose.

PlantPro 119L was specially developed for plant-based beverages production. It is used for starchy substrate liquefaction at relatively high temperatures, producing soluble dextrins and small amounts of maltose and glucose. PlantPro 119L is an endo-α-amylase, hydrolysing the α-1,4-glucosidic linkages of starch and rapidly decreasing the viscosity.

PlantPro 146L is used to break down beta-glucans and hemicelluloses present in the raw material and was specially developed for improving filtration on plant-milk processes. Different effects can be noticed, such as reduced residual water-soluble fibers, decreased viscosity, and improved filtration yields. The hydrolysis of the non-starch polysaccharides is also interesting in ensuring efficient liberation and degradation of the starch. PlantPro 146L is a thermo-stable fungal beta-glucanase.
