EPOTEC YDF 170

Epotec YDF 170 is general-purpose unmodified low viscosity diglycidyl ether of bisphenol-F. In addition to offering advantage in terms low viscosity, epotec YDF 170 provides better chemical resistance & flexibility when compared to similar bisphenol-A based liquid resin.
Epotec YDF 170 is compatible with all common epoxy resins in all ratios. A blend of epotec YDF 170 with bisphenol-A based liquid resin has better resistance to crystallization compared to unmodified base resins. Blending of epotec YDF 170 into std. bis-A based liquid epoxy resin brings down viscosity without affecting performance parameters unlike reactive diluent modified resin that affects mechanical, chemical and thermal resistance of the system.

EPOTEC RD 110

Epotec RD 110 is the mono-glycidyl ether of 2-ethyl hexanol. The primary use of epotec RD 110 is as a reactive diluent for high viscosity epoxy resins. Epotec RD 110 is compatible in all concentrations and those resin blends can be cured with variety of curing agents.
EPOTEC RD 114

EPOTEC RD 114 is a diglycidyl ether of Neopentyl glycol. It is primarily used as a reactive diluent for high viscosity epoxy resins. RD 114 is compatible at all concentration with all classes of epoxy resins. Performance properties of system containing RD 114 are maintained at higher level than is possible with monofunctional reactive diluents. It also improves filler loading and fiber wetting characteristics.
RECYCLAMINE R802

Recyclamine® R802 is an amine curing agent which enables recyclable thermosetting epoxy. It possesses low viscosity, cures at ambient temperature and exhibits moderate reactivity with di-epoxide resins. Unlike conventional thermoplastics, cross-linked thermosetting matrix from Recyclamine® R802 undergoes cleavage by low energy solvolysis at specific conditions, resulting in recovering of the epoxy matrix as thermoplastic resin. In fiber reinforced composites, Recyclamine® R802 enables recycling & recovery of reinforcement and epoxy matrix as thermoplastic resin. The recovered materials can be re-used to close the loop.
