MAXAMYL E100 is enzyme preparation for bioethanol use, containing β-fructofuranosidase (invertase) derived from a selected strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. It is used for inversion of sucrose for production of invert sugar which are converted into ethanol by anaerobic fermentation for Bioethanol applications. When stored in recommended condition, and in its original sealed packaging, the shelf life will be 36 months.

FILTRASE ® SMART Enzyme preparation for food use containing endo-1,3 (4)- β-glucanase (beta glucanase) and endo-1,4-β-xylanase derived from a selected strain of Talaromyces emersonii and Aspergillus niger. Beer: Reduces the viscosity and improves filterability of wort and beer; increases brew house yield.
