SYNTHOMER™ NX 795 is a versatile product with multiple applications. It can be used as a coalescent agent in water-based resin dispersions, paints, and coatings, a retarder solvent for high-bake coatings, a plasticizer in cosmetics and ink, an intermediate for synthesizing ester derivatives for plasticizers, and as an additive in chemical separation processes for mineral processing, pulp & paper, and water treatment.

PLIOTEC DPR 50 is a next-generation all-acrylic resin engineered for superior dirt pick-up resistance and cleanability, helping exterior coatings maintain a cleaner appearance with minimal maintenance. Ideal for vertical exterior architectural and masonry applications, it offers excellent adhesion, early rain resistance, long-term durability, and weatherability. The formulation is free from surface-modifying additives like silicones and benzophenone, and contains no APEO surfactants or intentionally added PFAS. Its low-VOC capability supports compliance with stringent environmental regulations.

Pliotec SC105 is a self-crosslinking pure acrylic latex ideal for concrete, tile sealers, and deck coatings, offering exceptional early water resistance, UV durability, and hot tire pick-up resistance. Formulatable below 50 g/L VOC, it ensures strong adhesion to concrete, wood, and tile with excellent weatherability.

Pliotec CR78 self-crosslinking styrene acrylic latex provides excellent chemical resistance, and superior hot-tire pick up resistance, suitable for low VOC garage floor paints.

Pliotec 7104 high Tg styrene acrylic latex provides adhesion to concrete and resistance to chemicals and hot-tire.

PLIOTEC PA 4389 E is a hard, water resistant, all acrylic emulsion designed for sealing masonry substrates, including concrete roof tiles.

PLIOTEC SC245 is a self-crosslinking all-acrylic latex that provides excellent blush resistance and adhesion to various substrates, including concrete and tile. It forms a durable film with good resistance to hot tire pick-up, making it ideal for clear concrete sealers and floor coatings. PLIOTEC SC245 can be formulated into coatings with less than 50 g/L VOC, offering excellent early water resistance, UV stability, and exterior durability, and it is free from APE and formaldehyde.

Pliotec 115 is a vinyl-acetate resin with excellent adhesion to polyurethane foam and other substrates. It imparts fast drying and ease of application to intumescent coatings used on non-metallic substrates. Water-borne resin for intumescent coatings for PU foams.

GENFLO 576 Carboxylated styrene butadiene latex. General purpose polymer binder for paper and nonwovens applications.

GENFLO 3000 Polymer binder that provides a good balance of soft feel and tensile strength.

GENFLO 3060 Carboxylated styrene butadiene latex for nonwoven applications.

LIPATON GF 3088 is a latex for use as the primer or tack coating in the construction of rubberized running track and sports surfaces.

LIPATON GF 5055 is carboxylated styrene-butadiene copolymer designed for flooring adhesives. The polymer binder provides a good balance of soft feel and tensile strength. Compatible with tackifier. High filler acceptance. Low VOC.

LIPATON SB 33Y50 is used for the production of sealing compounds and surface protecting systems. LIPATON SB 33Y50 is mainly used for the elastification of cement based sealing compounds. Increasing the polymer: cement ratio will have a major influence on the elasticity of these systems. The polymer composition of LIPATON SB 33Y50 allows the production of cement based sealing compounds with excellent tensile strength and elongation. LIPATON SB 33Y50 is compatible with most of the hydraulic cements. The dispersion is free from plasticizer and other additives which can migrate. For its use in hydraulic systems LIPATON SB 33Y50 contains a very effective antifoam agent.

SYNTHEBOND 8025 is a cement-compatible, APEO-free, all-acrylic emulsion developed for use in both cement based, and non-cementitious building products.

Synthebond AC 124 is an APE-free, self crosslinkable acrylic based emulsion designed for use as a soft hand finish on a variety of substrates.

Mor-Glo 8 zinc crosslinked floor finish polymer is used to make premium, well-balanced floor polishes that provide outstanding dirt resistance, reparability, and response to periodic ultra high speed maintenance.

AXILAT UP 600 B is used to improve workability of fresh mortar, hydrophobic properties. AXILAT UP 600 B is a vinyl acetate, vinyl versatate and maleic ester copolymer resin in redispersible powder form. It is redispersible in water and used in dry mortars to improve workability of fresh mortar, hydrophobic properties, adhesion to conventional substrates, especially after severe ageing conditions, and mechanical properties (flexibility, abrasion resistance and cohesive strength). It is a plasticiser-free powder, particularly suitable for ecologically demanding systems.
