ORGASOL® 1002 D NAT 1 is spheroidal polyamide 6 powder with a narrow particle size distribution and an average diameter of 20µm. ORGASOL® 1002 D NAT 1 has a high melting temperature, above 210°C: the shape of the particles and the particle size distribution are preserved even when processed at high temperatures. An extremely high level of quality is achieved through rigorous control of the particle size distribution , porosity, ensuring excellent consistency of performance.
ORGASOL® is a range of high performance ultra-fine polyamide powders used as multifunctional additives in coatings, inks, varnishes and technical compounds. The introduction of ORGASOL® polyamide powders in formulations is easy thanks to their good dispersion capacity, their reduced Impact on rheology and their low density. ORGASOL® polyamide powders are surface modifiers, specifically designed for gloss control, texture creation and haptic properties adjustment. They also improve blocking resistance and reduce coefficient of friction. Abrasion, scratch, impact resistances and flexibility of coatings, inks and varnishes and technical compounds can be significantly improved using ORGASOL® polyamide powders.
ORGASOL® 1002 ES5 NAT 1 is used as a matting agent (from satin to deep matte) in all kinds of coatings, varnishes, or ink in addition to improving abrasion, scratch, scrub and burnish resistance. This polyamide-6 powder reduces the coefficient of friction and provides haptic properties (from soft touch/smooth to textured), flexibility, and blocking resistance. The low oil absorption make it suitable as well in waterborne, solvent born or solvent-free technology with reduced impact on rheology. High melting point temperature, above 210°C. The average diameter of 50µm.
ORGASOL 2001 UD NAT 1 is an ultrafine powder of polyamide 12, with a narrow particle size distribution and nearly round particle shape.
ORGASOL® 2001 UD NAT 2 is used as a matting agent (from satin to deep matt) in all kinds of coatings, varnishes, or ink in addition to improving abrasion, scratch, scrub and burnish resistance. This polyamide-12 powder reduces the coefficient of friction and provides haptic properties (from soft touch/smooth to textured), flexibility, and blocking resistance. The low oil absorption makes it suitable as well in waterborne, solvent-borne, or solvent-free technology with reduced impact on rheology. The melting point temperature is 177°C. The average diameter of 5µm. Compliant with FDA regulations (FDA 177-1500 and FDA 175-300).

ORGASOL® 2002 ES6 NAT 3 is a spheroïdal powder of polyamide 12, with 60 µm as average diameter and a narrow particle size distribution. An extremely high level of quality is achieved thanks to our rigorous control of particle size distribution, providing excellent consistency in performance. ORGASOL® 2002 ES6 NAT 3 is used as a multifunctional additive in coatings. It improves the scratch and the abrasion resistance while providing a regular textured finish thanks to the spheroïdal shape of the particles. Playing on coatings texture, ORGASOL® 2002 ES6 NAT 3 can lead to anti-slippery properties associated to a better clean ability. The high chemical resistance of polyamide 12 and the particle size distribution are among the key parameters that make ORGASOL® 2002 ES6 NAT 3 compatible with most resins and common formulating additives used in coating industry. It can be added to interior or exterior paints and easily dispersed in solvent or water based or 100% solid UV curable system.
ORGASOL 3501EXD NAT1 is a polyamide 6/12 powder with a narrow particle size distribution.
