VirdiHP10 is a polypropylene carrier masterbatch with peroxide, designed to enhance the melt flow index (MFI) of polypropylene and its compounds. It improves molecular weight distribution and is ideal for applications requiring high MFI. Compatible with all thermoplastic equipment, it delivers reliable performance even at low addition levels.

VirdiCarb™ is an FDA food contact approved functional masterbatch filler consisting of fine particle size calcium carbonate in a PE carrier, which gives excellent mixing and dispersion characteristics.

VirdiDM™ Standard is a highly concentrated moisture absorber masterbatch created for processes which use regrinds and re-granulates. VirdiDM™ Standard is suitable for use in moulding and extrusion applications. It contains 80% of filler dispersed in polyethylene (PE), removes moisture and acidic impurities during production using LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, PP, PS and ABS regrinds and re-granulates, and eliminates the need for raw material drying, significantly reducing production cost. It improves the visual quality and mechanical properties of final plastic granulate or finished goods and is suitable for very thin film and foils (above 10 μm). Its main applications include recycling, compounding, pipe and profile extrusion, film blown extrusion, blow moulding, injection moulding and wood plastic composites.
