Chemlok® 205 is a versatile primer and adhesive designed for bonding unvulcanized nitrile elastomers to various substrates. It provides excellent adhesion, durability, and environmental resistance, making it ideal for use in industrial bonding applications. Easily applied by brush, dip, spray, or roll coat methods, it ensures strong, reliable performance in demanding conditions.

Chemlok® 6411 is a high-performance covercoat adhesive designed for bonding rubber compounds to metal substrates. It offers excellent adhesion when used over Chemlok 205 or 207 primer and can also function as a one-coat adhesive in some applications. Its versatility, resistance to heat, oil, and environmental factors, and ease of application make it ideal for industrial bonding solutions.

AUTOSEAL® RC-1017 is a high-performance primer designed to promote adhesion on low surface energy substrates such as polyolefins (TPO, PP) and cured EPDM, making it ideal for double-sided tape applications. This fast-drying primer applies easily by spray, brush, or dip methods without dilution and provides excellent bonding strength with high heat resistance.

Ty-Ply® BN is a one-coat adhesive designed for bonding nitrile and millable polyurethane rubbers to metal and other rigid substrates during vulcanization. It provides excellent chemical resistance to oils, fuels, and solvents, making it suitable for demanding industrial applications. Its formulation ensures strong adhesion with a single application, reducing labor and material costs while offering reliable performance across various rubber compounds.

Chemlok® 6125 is a black liquid covercoat adhesive designed to bond a wide variety of elastomers—such as natural rubber, polyisoprene, styrene-butadiene, polybutadiene, and polychloroprene—to various metals. When used in combination with Chemlok 205 primer, it provides improved heat resistance and excellent resistance to water, salt spray, chemicals, oils, solvents, and corrosive atmospheres. This adhesive system is composed of a mixture of polymers, organic compounds, and mineral fillers dissolved or dispersed in an organic solvent system.

Chemlok® 6100 is a versatile covercoat adhesive designed for bonding a wide range of elastomers to various metals. It provides excellent adhesion to mechanically or chemically treated steel and aluminum and is highly resistant to salt spray. With easy application via spray, dip, or brush methods, Chemlok® 6100 delivers a uniform film, ensuring durability and strong environmental resistance for industrial applications​.

Chemlok® AP-133 is a clear, one-coat adhesive designed for bonding unvulcanized silicone rubber to various substrates, including metals, glass, plastics, and textiles. It also effectively bonds specialty elastomers such as fluoroelastomers, polyacrylates, and epichlorohydrin. This adhesive offers excellent environmental resistance, maintaining strong bonds under exposure to salt spray, chemicals, oils, solvents, corrosive atmospheres, and temperature extremes. Its versatility and durability make it ideal for demanding industrial applications.

Chemlok 218E adhesive is a one-coat adhesive that bonds castable and millable urethane elastomers to metals and other rigid substrates. It is composed of a mixture of polymers and resins dissolved in an organic solvent system.

LORD LokRelease 237 aqueous mold release is a modified PDMS-based, fast-curing release agent designed for use with molded elastomers, including EPDM, natural rubber, nitrile, neoprene, fluorocarbon elastomers and other sulfur-cured or peroxide-cured elastomers. It can be used when molding elastomers up to 400°F (204°C). It is a semi-permanent release agent that is available in multiple dilutions. This water-based mold release provides an anti-stick coating for fast, easy part removal from molds.

Chemlok EP5080-11 primer, a non-pigmented version of Chemlok 205 primer, is designed for use as a substrate primer under Chemlok covercoat adhesives to bond a wide variety of vulcanized and unvulcanized rubber compounds to metals and other rigid substrates. Chemlok EP5080-11 primer may also be used as a one-coat adhesive to bond nitrile elastomers to metal.

Chemlok 6108 adhesive is a covercoat adhesive used to bond a variety of elastomers to various metals. It is composed of a mixture of polymers, organic compounds and mineral fillers dissolved or dispersed in an organic solvent system. Chemlok 6108 adhesive is a non-chlorinated solvent adhesive that provides strong resistance to harsh environments. In some applications, it may be used as a one-coat adhesive.

Chemlok® 233X is used to affix a wide variety of unvulcanized rubber compounds to primed metals and other rigid substrates. Chemlok 233X also affixes treated textiles to rubber during vulcanization. It is composed of a mixture of polymers, organic compounds and fillers dissolved or dispersed in an organic solvent system.

Chemlok® 248 thinner is used for diluting or thinning Chemlok 213 adhesive. It is composed of a mixture of solvents.

Chemlok® 219 adhesive can be used as either a one-coat adhesive or a primer in combination with Chemlok 213 adhesive for applications that require increased environmental resistance. It is composed of a mixture of organic resins and polymers in an organic solvent system.
