Features and Benefits - Formulation flexibility—RHOPLEX™ 3479 Floor Finish Polymer offers formulating flexibility to make a range of performance profiles from minimum maintenance to maximum burnish response. - Gloss—Properly formulated polishes based on RHOPLEX™ 3479 Polymer are an excellent choice for high profile floor areas where an extremely high gloss look is desirable. Supermarkets and retail stores are good examples of this type of application. - Foam control—Since RHOPLEX™ 3479 Polymer is a low foaming polymer, properly formulated polishes made with RHOPLEX™ 3479 Polymer exhibit less foam in the bucket and during application than most conventional polishes.

RHOPLEX LA-501 is a high-solids, 100% acrylic latex polymer developed to offer excellent bulk water resistance and optimal vapor permeability when formulated into a water-resistive and/or air barrier coating. Optimized RHOPLEX LA-501 formulations exhibit excellent weatherability and mechanical properties when applied on a wide variety of substrates.

RHOPLEX™ EC-2848 acrylic polymer emulsion is designed to provide elastomeric coatings with an excellent balance of elongation, tensile strength and dirt pickup resistance over a wide temperature range. The elongation properties of the polymer allow coatings to bridge dimensionally unstable cracks without rupturing. It also provides an excellent balance of toughness and elasticity at both low and high temperatures without sacrificing dirt pickup resistance. Coatings based on RHOPLEX™ EC-2848 retain an attractive appearance as they age.

RHOPLEX™ AS-48 is an acrylic-styrene polymer supplied in water at 56% solids by weight. Using RHOPLEX™ AS-48 in a cementitious mortar offers enhanced flexibility. Cured mortars modified with this polymer also have excellent water resistance and adhesion to a variety of substrates.

RHOPLEX™ AC-630 emulsion is an all-acrylic polymer designed for tough, water-resistant sealers. These coatings are commonly factory-applied to retard efflorescence of cured cementitious products formed under controlled manufacturing conditions.

RHOPLEX™ E-330 An acrylic polymer designed for modifying Portland cement compositions. Cement mortars mixed with this product are hard, tough and durable.

RHOPLEX™ EC-2885 latex was developed as a high performing, high tensile strength polymer that, when formulated into a quality elastomeric roof coating formulation, delivers improved toughness, hail resistance and roof traffic protection while maintaining excellent elastomeric properties. Coatings based on RHOPLEX™ EC-2885 also exhibit excellent adhesion to polyurethane foam and a variety of other construction and roofing substrates, and can exceed the expected tensile strength of typical acrylic roof coatings, as well as provide excellent durability, flexibility and dirt pickup resistance.

RHOPLEX™ TR-520 offers excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates, including wood, metal, and concrete. Whether you're working on construction projects, furniture assembly, or DIY crafts, this versatile adhesive ensures a reliable and long-lasting bond.

RHOPLEX™ MC-76 cement modifier can be used in both sprayable and patching mortar applications. This acrylic polymer is designed for sprayable cementitious compositions – like exterior insulation and finish systems (EIFS) basecoats and adhesives and sprayable stucco-type coatings – and can be applied over a variety of surfaces. Applied correctly, this modifier works well on old concrete and masonry, brick, wood, metals and many other surfaces.

RHOPLEX™ MC-1834P is a low-odor acrylic polymer emulsion designed for modifying Portland cement compositions. It also can be used as a latex bonding agent to enhance adhesion of new concrete to existing concrete. RHOPLEX™ MC-1834P is especially useful for applications with thin sections, excessive vibration and heavy traffic. Applied correctly, this modifier works well on concrete, masonry, brick, wood, glass, metals, and rigid polystyrene and polyurethane foams.

RHOPLEX™ EI-6000 polymer emulsion is a 100% acrylic binder designed for use in formulating clear matrix aggregate finishes for exterior insulation and finish systems (EIFS), clear sealers for granule-coated metal roof tiles, and primers and basecoats for elastomeric roof coatings. It offers excellent resistance to water blushing (or water whitening) when used on exterior surfaces. RHOPLEX™ EI-6000 also has excellent overall durability to weathering, excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates and good dirt pickup resistance.

RHOPLEX™ EC-2540 is an all-acrylic polymer designed for use in a white protective coating to extend the life of existing roofs. Coatings based on RHOPLEX™ EC-2540 are an excellent choice for use over asphaltic substrates, providing an environmentally friendly water-based alternative to solvent-based aluminized asphalt roof coatings. In addition, RHOPLEX™ EC-2540 offers excellent flexibility and adhesion while resisting damage due to UV light, asphalt staining and dirt pickup.

RHOPLEX™ EC-2020 Emulsion is an all-acrylic polymer designed for use in elastomeric roof coatings. Products made with RHOPLEX™ EC-2020 Emulsion exhibit excellent flexibility and dirt pickup resistance, reliable asphalt bleed resistance, and strong adhesion to common roofing materials, including polyurethane foam, metal, concrete.

RHOPLEX™ EC-1791 Water based 100% acrylic emulsion specifically designed for elastomeric roof and wall coating with outstanding adhesion to wide range of substrates and good water ponding resistance.

Coatings formulated with RHOPLEX™ CS-4000 Emulsion Polymer offer the following performance features: Excellent resistance to water blushing, low water pickup, early block resistance, low coalescent demand, good exterior weatherability and reduced water vapor permeability.

RHOPLEX™ AC-1034 Emulsion is an acrylic copolymer with a unique hydrophobic composition which imparts excellent water resistance as well as a high degree of flexibility to industrial coatings. It is designed for use in edge sealers on wood and wood composite substrates such as plywood and oriented strand board (OSB), and facilitates products with good resistance to edge swelling. RHOPLEX™ AC-1034 Emulsion offers very good compatibility with high levels of waxes which are often used in edge sealer products. It can also be used in formulating clear primer or sealer coatings to provide water resistance

RHOPLEX™ A-920 is a high solid, high-performance acrylic latex binder designed for pigmented caulks and sealants. Due to the self-thickening nature of this binder, RHOPLEX™ A-920 has a lower thickener demand than other sealant binders. With its high pigment binding capacity, RHOPLEX™ A-920 can be successfully formulated into a broad range of products – from economical non-spec caulks to high-performance sealants. Sealants formulated with RHOPLEX™ A-920 exhibit excellent durability and exceptional adhesion.

RHOPLEX™ 928 is a high-solids acrylic copolymer emulsion that can be used as a binder for both clear and pigmented sealant formulations. Clear sealants formulated with RHOPLEX™ 928 exhibit exceptional clarity, rate of clarity development and water resistance. Pigmented sealants based on RHOPLEX™ 928 can be formulated to meet ASTM C834 and to have the paint crack resistance properties painters require. Both clear and pigmented sealants formulated with RHOPLEX™ 928 have excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates.

RHOPLEX™ 1950 acrylic emulsion is a high solids (63%) Dow binder designed specifically for high-performance sealants and patching compounds. The RHOPLEX™ 1950 acrylic emulsion allows the formulator to produce a flexible sealant without the addition of an external plasticizer.

RHOPLEX™ EI-2000 is a versatile 100% acrylic polymer designed for use as a binder for exterior insulation and finish systems (EIFS) and as a cement modifier. Because it is cement-compatible, it offers excellent performance in EIFS cementitious basecoats and adhesives. Due to its 100% acrylic composition, it imparts good exterior durability.

RHOPLEX™ AC-261LF Acrylic Emulsion Polymer is an all-acrylic emulsion polymer for latex floor paints. Its adhesion and abrasion resistance have been designed for this application. It is also suitable for quality exterior semi-gloss trim paints.

RHOPLEX™ WL-91 Emulsion is a hard, acrylic-styrene copolymer designed for waterborne clear and pigmented industrial finishes for metal, concrete, plastic and wood substrates. Suitable for both ambient and forced dry industrial primers and lacquers, RHOPLEX™ WL91 Emulsion facilitates the formulation of coatings with an attractive appearance, excellent chemical and solvent resistance, hardness, adhesion and corrosion resistance.
