LATHONAL LAL FLAKE is a mild anionic surfactant providing foaming, wetting and emulsification. It can be used in bubble baths, shampoos, cleansing creams.

Dimethyl lauramide/myristamide. NINOL® CAA acts as an aesthetic enhancer, fragrance solubilizer and multifunctional non-ionic surfactant. It stabilizes foam and provides superior viscosity building performance. Reduces complexity and the number of components in the finished formulation. Also, it can dissolve various organic materials at room temperature due to large Hansen Solubility sphere. NINOL® CAA is free of preservatives, cocamide diethanolamine (CDEA), diethanolamine (DEA), polymers, salts, ethylene oxide and 1,4-dioxane. NINOL® CAA is a biodegradable, naturally-derived green clear solution with 86% bio-renewable carbon index (BCI). Used in shampoo, body wash, liquid soap, facial cleanser, bubble bath, color cosmetics, deodorants and highly fragranced systems.

STEPAN-MILD GCC is an ester providing thickening, foam enhancing and solubilizing properties. It can be formulated in shampoos, body washes, liquid soaps, facial cleansers and skin creams and lotions. It is mild, PEG and EO/PO free and nitrogen free and can be incorporated into a cold mix formulation. This product also meets the U.S. EPA Safer Choice Program's surfactant screen for use in non-TSCA applications and is listed on www.cleangredients.org.

STEPOSOL® CITRI-MET is a concentrated fully formulated cleaning blend that can strip paint and coatings at dilutions from 1:1 (50%) to 1:4 (20%) strength. At a more dilute 1:14 (6.7%) strength, it is just strong enough to soften a surface’s top layer of gloss coating in 1 to 2 minutes time, and allow it to fill in damaged and worn areas when spread around and left to dry. This principle works on all surfaces that are softened by STEPOSOL® CITRI-MET, such as industrial or oil based painted surfaces, or finished wood surfaces. By softening the upper portion of the coating, STEPOSOL® CITRI-MET allows for deep cleaning of embedded dirt as well.

STEPOSOL MET-10U utilizes the cleaning properties of a surfactant to outperform many common solvents. It fulfills the role of both a low HLB surfactant and a powerful solvent, which allows it to be highly effective against a broad range of soils. STEPOSOL MET-10U can be used in formulations ranging from pH 3–12 while achieving viscosities from water-thin to gel. This metathesis-derived, nonionic surfactant is an unsaturated, short chain amide resulting from Stepan’s collaboration with Elevance Renewable Sciences and furthers Stepan’s effort to deliver renewable, naturally-derived products to the market.
