MaltiChoc™, developed by Muntons, offers a high-performance barley and malt extract that replaces 15–30% of cocoa powder without compromising on taste, color, or texture.
MALTICHOC DRIED REGULAR is a very dark brown colour, homogenous free flowing powder with moderately bitter, malty and slightly sweet taste and roasted, malty flavor to provide enhanced texture, flavor and color of the product. It enables partial replacement of cocoa powder, allows for cost savings as well as premiumisation and has clean label.
Maltichoc D1000 stands out for its intense roasted malt character, delivering deep colour, rich aromatics, and a balanced bitter–sweet profile.
