P-40.000-LS-WS is a dark red viscous water soluble liquid produced by extraction of pigments from red pepper fruit (Capsicum annuum L.). The extract is emulsified and stabilized. The major coloring principles are capsanthin and capsorubin.

CARTHAMUS LIQUID 705697 is a dark yellow viscous natural flavoring preparation produced by aqueous extraction of carthamus (Carthamus tinctorius L.).
