CYMEL® 304 resin is a specially alkylated, high solids melamine crosslinking agent designed specifically for industrial wood coating applications. Systems formulated with CYMEL® 304 resin exhibit excellent catalyzed stability and films develop excellent early hardness, resistance properties, appearance and cold check resistance. Conversion varnishes crosslinked with CYMEL® 304 have superior hydrolytic stability relative to conventional urea-based formulas.

EBECRYL MAES is a versatile monofunctional acrylate monomer that polymerizes under free radical initiation. This acid-functional diluent is compatible with various acrylated resins used in radiation curing applications, and offers superior purity, odor, and lower volatility when compared to β-CEA. It enhances adhesion on metallic, plastic, and paper substrates and is ideal for use in clear coats, inks, laminates, pressure sensitive adhesives, and other UV-curable systems. Additionally, Ebecryl MAES is suitable for developable etch and plate photoresist formulations.

EBECRYL® 89 is an acrylated amine primarily used as a hydrogen donor, or photo activator, in ultraviolet light (UV) curable coatings and inks. When used in formulations in combination with a photosensitizer (e.g. benzophenone), EBECRYL® 89 provides rapid UV cure response in air by mitigating the effects of oxygen inhibition at the coating or ink surface. Unlike conventional tertiary amines such as N-methyldiethanolamine, EBECRYL® 89 reacts to become part of the UV cured polymer, resulting in lower residual odor.

CYMEL® 325 resin is a methylated high imino melamine crosslinker supplied in iso-butanol. CYMEL® 325 resin is highly reactive and has a high tendency towards self-condensation providing films with very good hardness, gloss, chemical resistance and outdoor durability. CYMEL® 325 resin is suitable for a wide range of solventborne or waterborne baking applications, such as coil and can coating formulations, automotive primers and topcoats, and general industrial coatings.
