ORGASOL® 2002 ES6 NAT 3 is a spheroïdal powder of polyamide 12, with 60 µm as average diameter and a narrow particle size distribution. An extremely high level of quality is achieved thanks to our rigorous control of particle size distribution, providing excellent consistency in performance. ORGASOL® 2002 ES6 NAT 3 is used as a multifunctional additive in coatings. It improves the scratch and the abrasion resistance while providing a regular textured finish thanks to the spheroïdal shape of the particles. Playing on coatings texture, ORGASOL® 2002 ES6 NAT 3 can lead to anti-slippery properties associated to a better clean ability. The high chemical resistance of polyamide 12 and the particle size distribution are among the key parameters that make ORGASOL® 2002 ES6 NAT 3 compatible with most resins and common formulating additives used in coating industry. It can be added to interior or exterior paints and easily dispersed in solvent or water based or 100% solid UV curable system.
Luna AL015G is a leafing grade of aluminium paste pigment in a mixture of mineral spirit and high aromatic solvents. Typical applications include inks and industrial coatings. Luna AL015G should be pre-soaked for 1 to 8 hours in solvent at a paste to solvent ratio of between 1:1 to 3:1. High shear dispersion should be avoided as it will distort the aluminium flakes.

Luna SI-ICPTES is an isocyanate functional silane. It is used for the functionalization of numerous compounds with active hydrogen atoms. Luna SI-ICPTES hydrolyzes in the presence of moisture to form silanols, which can react with themselves to produce siloxanes. Luna SI-ICPTES can be used as a crosslinker for one part moisture-curable urethane adhesives, sealants and coatings.
