PLASTICOLORS® DTP-10763 is a white color titanium dioxide-based (58%) non-phthalate plasticizer pigment. Its low viscosity makes it exceptionally easy to handle and reduces waste left over in containers. It contains no solvents, are heavy metal free and produces high tint strength. It is compatible with polyether, polyester polyols, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), epoxy, thermoplastics and vinyl esters. It is designed for both volumetric and gravimetric dispensing. It is used for in-plant or POS tinting operations. PLASTICOLORS® DTP-10763 is best suited for coatings applications. It has a shelf life of 24 months.

Plasticolors DL pigment dispersions for polyurethane applications consist of organic and inorganic colorants dispersed in a 4800 Mw Triol with a hydroxyl number of 35. This carrier has been chosen for excellent compatibility with a wide range of urethane systems.

The primary plasticizer is di-isodecyl phthalate (DIDP), but can also contain DINP & DOP based on customer requirements. This product is compatible with a wide range of vinyl systems. Its main application is as a plasticizer based colorant.

The UCD E Line colorants have been formulated for use in most alkaline water-based coatings. The colorants are based on a proprietary alkali-soluble acrylic resin that provides unmatched colorant performance in tinting of in-plant coating systems. Key Benefits - The UCD E Line colorant vehicle consists of a low-molecular weight, automotive type, alkali-soluble acrylic resin dissolved in water. There are no added VOC’s in these colorants. Most pigments are automotive type pigments with excellent lightfastness characteristics. The dispersing resin provides excellent pigment wetting. This feature makes possible high pigment concentrations at relatively low millbase solids levels. The result is line of colorants with excellent color performance with no negative impact of the final properties of the coating. The tint strength of these colorants is controlled by volume to ± 2% to ensure optimal tinting performance in volumetric dispensing equipment. The density of the colorants are also tightly controlled to provide consistent in-plant tinting capabilities.
