H-2307 SILICON DIOXIDE is a silica produced by a special process with a concentrated particle size distribution. It’s mainly used in PP, PE, PET and PVC film masterbatch, to reduce static friction force on film surface and improve the opening performance of the film. It has good dispersion and will not affect the transparency and strength of film with less dosage.

It is a ready-to-use non-ionic emulsion that provides gloss, water repellency, good wetting and slip characteristics. This emulsion serves as a general-purpose release agent, including web release, and imparts softening and lubrication to textiles. It does not contain alkylphenolethoxylates (APEO) and exhibits good emulsion stability up to 50°C and dilution stability up to 2% in water, offering a high solid content for a low cost-in-use. Applications include its use in polishes for cars and furniture to provide gloss with minimal smear, mold release for rubber or plastic parts, lubrication of extruded rubber parts and conveyor belts, textile lubrication, and surface treatment of Titanium dioxide.
