DAOTAN VTW 6463/36WA is a solvent-free acrylated polyurethane dispersion with very good wetting properties, quick curing to give clear crack-free films. Daotan VTW 6463 is stable to applied shear forces and has good pigment compatibility. Cured films show good abrasion resistance and have good resistance to household detergents. This polyurethane emulsion was designed to formulate coating systems for various plastics such as ABS, PA, rigid PVC, flexible PVC and PMMA. Aqueous primers and base coats can be formulated. The adhesion to any plastic substrate to be coated should be carefully examined firstly.

SETAQUA X 11712 is a room temperature drying (by air-oxidation), fatty acid modified waterborne urethane dispersion. SETAQUA X 11712 is NMP-free. It is non-yellowing and has good weather stability. When formulating with SETAQUA X 11712, a suitable metal drier combination must be used (for e.g Nuodex Combi LS, 0.10% on solid binder). It is used as versatile binder that can be used in waterborne air- and force-drying topcoats and primers. Can be used on wood and metal substrates. Also suitable for mono-coats and direct to-metal coatings.

ESACOTE^® PU 148 is a product that can be used as binder for clear and pigmented coatings. It is suitable for both primer and topcoat due to its hardness, substrate adhesion capability, overcoatability, good gloss and colour retention, nevertheless the polyurethane portion grants a good elasticity and allows its use on flexible substrates.

ESACOTE® PU 71 is a product that can be used as binder for clear and pigmented coatings. It is suitable for top coats due to its hardness, high gloss and colour retention.
