STEPSPERSE® 163P is a waterborne anionic polymeric dispersant tailored for iron oxide pigments. It efficiently disperses without requiring wetting agents. Typical usage ranges from 2-4% solids relative to pigment weight, and a ladder study is recommended to establish optimal dosages.
MERPOL® HCS is a highly effective nonionic wetting agent and emulsifier with a cloud point above 100°C, ensuring effectiveness when other surfactants fail. Diluting it in warm water prevents gel formation. It finds versatile applications including textile scouring, dye leveling, paper manufacturing, emulsification of oils, stabilizing rubber latexes and water-based paints, and as a dispersant for pigments and inks. With properties like surface tension reduction and stability enhancement, it's indispensable across various industries.
